Hello, I'm starting this topic after I had few horrible days trying to find the back buzzer from parking aid. I have a 2010 Mondeo Mk4 wagon, prefacelift. When I bought this car, the parking sensors did not work, so I was trying to fix them. Jan 22, 2012 · Mondeo Mk4 2007 2.0 TDCi Titan X Hatch Removing the carpet in the boot this afternoon, I noticed a small electronic module just sat on the floor in the area between the front of the boot & the rear seats. This electronic module is not bolted to anything but it is connected the vehicles harness via a lead that is at least 3ft long. Sep 3, 2013 · Based on Ford Ecat this module belongs to an early Mondeo MK4, early S-max/Galaxy or Transit (2006 and later). This could be a cause of your problem because these module are differently configured. This type of module is based on the old Bluetooth/Voicecontrol system which was superseded by the new system on 08-2008. You need the DTC codes which will point you in the direction of the fault (could be an ABS wheel sensor). You need a laptop with the software FORScan (its free) and a modified ELM327 lead to connect to the OBDII port. Then get the DTC. hFK86Hz.
